How do we make an enquiry?
Send an email to me@benmacmahon.com or fill in the contact form. Please include your wedding date, location and size of bridal party.
What is your photography style?
My style is documentary or storyteller. Memorable moments can happen at any time, and I want to be there to get them. I shoot with two cameras on me at all times.
How much do you charge?
Wedding shoots start at $3,000 (including gst). This price is for one shooter (me!) for 12 hours. There is an additional charge of $100 per hour beyond this. Should you be interested in having an additional photographer, please contact me to discuss.
Can we have a chat?
It'd be great to meet face-to-face and get to know each other before the big day. So let's grab a coffee. If you're not in Adelaide, we can organise a time to FaceTime / speak over the phone.
How much time is needed for the post-ceremony pictures?
If you are planning on staying close by to the reception, this part will take between one to two hours and includes post ceremony congratulatory pictures with guests, family photos and then one or two locations. If you are wanting to venture further, additional travel time will be required.
Do you travel?
Yes. I do. For all interstate and overseas bookings, please contact me for a specific quote. There are no travel fees for the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale wine regions.
When can we expect to receive our images?
My usual turnaround time is approximately six weeks. I will send you a USB with high resolution images in colour, black and white and vintage style filters.
Do you recommend any Adelaide suppliers/vendors?
Yes! I have shot many weddings that have worked with these awesome people.

So how do we secure a booking?
Contact me with the date and location of your wedding. If you’re in or near Adelaide, we can meet for a coffee. If not, we can chat over the phone or through FaceTime. To confirm your booking, a 20% deposit is required. The balance must be made two weeks prior to the wedding date.
Cancellations?
All deposits are refundable in the event of a cancellation. Unfortunately, if a cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the wedding date, I cannot refund the full deposit.
